Pricing
Our aim is to offer a reliable and professional service which is also competitively priced. We may not be the cheapest PAT Testing company in the area (we are certainly not the most expensive) but we are confident that with our high levels of customer service, our free repairs and helpful & friendly engineers you will not be disappointed.
We base our prices on the number of items that you need to have tested, the more items you have – the cheaper the item price becomes. We do have a £50.00 minimum call out charge.

We are not VAT registered and so the price quoted is the price you will pay. If you require a formal written quotation then this can be provided, simply ask a member of our team.
Drop in Service
If you only have a few items which need testing, these can be brought to our Leicester office and we will test them while you wait, we charge £3 per item for this service with a £10.00 minimum fee. It takes approximately 2 minutes per item to carry out a portable appliance test.
Free Repairs
All of our prices include free repairs that can be carried out by our engineer on site, these include:
- Replacement of faulty or damaged mains plug (BS1363)
- Replacement of damaged or incorrectly rated fuses
- Re-wiring of incorrect or lose connections in the mains plug
- Repair to faulty cable grips in the mains plug
- Minor repairs requiring less than ten minutes labour
Following on from any repair that we carry out we will re test the item to ensure that it is safe to use.
Our free repairs really are popular, with our engineer spending some time fixing items that otherwise would have failed you are able to carry on using the item in the future. The most common fault that we find is with faulty plugs, are engineers carry a range of replacement plugs with them so that the plug can be changed on site.
