PAT Testing in Derby
Our Derbyshire PAT Engineers travel all over the East Midlands and as part of that we are often in the Derby / Derbyshire are carrying out portable appliance testing (PAT Testing).
PAT Testing or Electrical Testing although not a legal requirment in its own right is an essential part of a companys health and safety policy as employers are required by law to ensure that the electrical equipment which its emplyees use is electrically safe and fit for purpose. It is for thsi reason that PAT Testing is normally carried out in the workplace on an annual basis.
Premier PAT Testing can normally be found in Derby, Chadesdon, Oakwood, California, Alvaston, Littleover, Mickleover, Hopwell, Spondon, Alvaston and Belper.
Our Derbyshire based clients have ranged from manufacturers to small independent businesses, at Premier PAT Testing we are happy to carry out portable appliance testing for customers with just a handful of items to those with several thousand appliances
Our Derby PAT Testers will label each item that has been tested with a green or a red portable appliance test sticker. Our PAT Engineers will number each item that they test as well so that when you get your certificate through it can double up as an asset management system. We will usually emaill over a copy of your PAT certificate on the day that the PAT testing has been carried out. Any items that fail the portable appliance test by our PAT Testers will need to be removed from service and replaced.
